Creating tradition is the focus of the Sunrise Rotary’s celebration at PACE.

It is our 8th year being a community partner with the PACE teen parent program that is part of the North Clackamas School District. The holiday event is kicked off with a hot breakfast of Pancakes and Sausage for every teen parent, their child and a guest or family member. Breakfast is cooked and served by Rotarian elves along with the handing out of a special gift for every child. All dressed in Holiday attire, the students and their babies have a professional photo taken with our Rotary Santa by our Rotarian photographer.

What makes this Santa Breakfast unique is that we bring this event to the classroom to help facility that everyone can attend this community building event. To help build on our relationship with PACE we also bring a hot breakfast 2 other times during the school year and provide the manpower for their end of the year BBQ. The students are able to become more comfortable seeing us in their world which in turn can help us break Keli_Rob_Santadown barriers for their educational goals and future and family. We are proud to be community partners with these students who are beating the odds by staying in school and caring for their young family.
